BTIPU~ATj9JiOF MECHANICS' LIENS
MIEREAS, SCOTT REISINGER, trading and doing business as
REISINGER & SONS CUSTOM CARPENTRY, party of the first part,
hereinafter called Contractor, has entered into a contract with
Marlin R. MCCaleb and Susan Shanaman McCaleb, his wife, of
Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, parties of the
second part, hereinafter called Owners, to provide materials and
perform labor necessary for the replacement of the roof on the
residential dwelling upon premises described as follows:
DEING the premises situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, known as Lot No. 45, Plan No.2, Village of
Westover, recorded in Cumberland County Plan Dook 22, Page 41,
ALSO being known and numbered as 6226 Westover Drive,
NOW, 'rUtREf'ORE, it is stipulated and agreed by and between
the said parties, as part of the said contract and for the
consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
Contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other
person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under
this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a Mechanics'
Lien, for work done or material furnished to said building or any
pilrt thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the
County Prothonotary within ton days after date, in accordance
with the requirements of the Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in
such caso provided,
