COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff, Doris J. Todd formerly Doris J. ReiChert, is
an adult individual, who resides at 6 Meadowview Drive, carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
2. Defendant, Richard MacIntyre, is an adul t individual, who
resides at 3101 Spring Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17013.
3. The event complained of herein occurred on August 27,
1993, at approximately 7:01 p.m., at the intersection of the
Harrisburg Pike and Wolfs Bridge Road, Middlesex Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. At the above-referenced time, Plaintiff's car, a 1989
Oldsmobile Toronada, was stopped for a red light on Wolfs Bridge
Road.
5. At the above-referenced time, Defendant Richard
MacIntyre, Jr., who was operating a 1977 Chevrolet Nova, was
proceeding North on Harmony Hall Road entet'ing the intersection at
the Harrisburg Pike and Wolfs Bridge Road, proceeding across Route
lion Wolfs Bridge Road, when he struck Plaintiff's left side of
car which was stopped at the red light.
6. Said Collision caused damage to Plaintiff's vehicle in an
amount of 'l'hree Thousand Thirty Two Dollars and Ten Cents
($3,032.10) in property damage to said vehicle.
(11 true and
correct repair invoice is attached hereto as Exhibit A).
7. The negligence, carelessness and recklessness of
Defendant Richard MacIntyre consisted of the following:
(a) failing to have his vehicle under proper and adequate
cantrall
(b) failing to drive in a safe and reasonable mannerl
(c) being inattentivel
(d) failure to stay within lanes marked for traffic;
(e) driving under the influence of alcohol to a degree which
rendered him incapable of safe driving in violation of 7S pa
C.B.A. Sec. 3731 (d);
WIlEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment in her favor and against
Defendant Richard MacIntyre in the amount of Three Thousand Thirty
Two Dollars and Ten Cents ($3,032.10), together with interest,
costs of suit, and other relief as the court deems just.

3. The event complained of herein occurred on August 27,
111113, at approximGtely 7101 p.m., at the intersection of the
lIarrisbury ('ike and Wolfs Bridge Road, Middlesex Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

controll
(b) failing to drive in a safe and reasonable manner;
(c) being inattentive;
(d) failure to stay within lanes marked for traffic I
(e) driving under the influence of alcohol to a degree which
rendered him incapable of safe driving in violation of 75 Pa
C.S.A. Sec. 3731 (d);
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands jUdgment in her favor and against
Defendant Richard MacIntyre in the amount of Three Thousand Thirty
Two Dollars and Ten Cents ($3,032.10), together with interest,
costs of suit, and other relief as the court deems just.

1. Plaintiff, Doris J. Todd formerly Doris J. Reichert, is
an adult individual, who resides at 6 Meadowview Drive, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013.
2. Defendant, Richard MacIntyre, is an adult indlvidual, who
resides at 3101 Spring Road, carlisle, Cumberland county,
Pennsylvania 17013.
3. The event complained of herein occurred on August 27,
1903, at approximately 7:01 p.m., at the intersection of the
Harrisburg Pike and Wolfs Bridge Road, Middlesex Township,
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania.
4. At the above-referenced time, Plainti ff' s cllr, a 1989
Oldsmobile Toronada, was stopped for Il red light on Wolfs Bridge
Road.
5. At the ahove-referenced time, Defendant Ilichard
MacIntyre, ,Jr., who waD operating a 1977 Chevrolet Nova, was
proceed! ng North on Harmony 11/111 Hoad entering the intersection al
the Harrif.lhurg Pike /lnd Wolfs IIrir1ge ROlld, ptoceedlng acrose Route
11 on Wolff.l llridge ROIlel, when he Iltruck Plnlntiff'" left l1ide of
car which wlln stopped nt the red light,

7. Tho negligence, carelessness and recklessness of
Defendant Richard MacIntyre coneisted of the followingl
(a) failing to have his vehicle under proper and adequate
contr.oll
(b) failing to drive in a safe and reasonable manner;
(c) being inattentive/
(d) failure to stay within lanes marked for traffic;
(e) driving under the influence of alcohol to a degree which
rendered him incapable of safe driVing in violation of 75 pa
C.B.A. Sec. 3731 (d)/
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands jUdgment in her favor and against
Defendant Richard MacIntyre in the amount of Three Thousand Thirty
Two Dollars and Ten Cents ($3,032.10), together with interest,
costs of suit, and other relief as the court deems just.
