AND NOW, comes Plaintiff, LORI MARIE HOOVER, and represents as follows:

DIVORCE UNDER SECTION 3301(01 OR 3301(d)
OF THE DIVORCE CODE
1, Plaintiff is Lori Marie Hoover, who currently resides at 127 Earl Avenue,
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and has resided there since on or about January 1, 1995,
2. Defendant is Daniel Eugene Hoover, who currently resides at 415 Reno
Avenue, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, and has resided there since on or about
December, 1989.
3, Both Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents in the
Commonwealth for at least six (6) months immediately previous to the filing of this
Complaint.
4, The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on July 1, 1989, al Peace
Church, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and separated on March 12, 1993.
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment between the
parties,
6. The marriage Is irretrievahly broken,
7. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that Plaintiff
may have the right to request that the Court require the parties to participate in
