KENNETH E. WALLACE, Plaintiff, by his attorneys, FLOWER, MORGENTHAL
FLOWER & LINDSAY, respectfully represents:
1. The Plaintiff Is KENNETH E. WALLACE, who currently resides at 703 Bloserville
Road, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013, since January of 1987.
2. The Defendant Is KATHARYNE E. WALLACE, who currently resides at R. R.
# 1, Box 122, Milltown Road, Landisburg, Perry County, Pennsylvania 17040, since January 15,
1995.
3. The Plaintiff and Defendant both have been bona fide residents In the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six months Immediately prior to the filing of this
Complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on May 7, 1983, In Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
5. That there have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment batween the
parties in this or In any other jurisdiction.

6. The PlalnllH avers thaI he Is enllllad to a divorce on the ground thet the
marriage Is Irretrlavably broken and PlalnllH Is proceeding under Sections 3301 (c) and/or (d)
of the Divorce Code.
7. PlainliH has been advised of the evallabillty of marriage counseling and of the
right to request that the Court require the parties to participate In marriage counseling, and does
nol request counseling.
B. PlalnliH requests the Court to enter a decree 01 divorce.
