I
V. INo. 95-2995 Civil Term 1995
I
PAMELA SWITALSKI, I
Plaintiff , CIVIL ACTION - L~w
DEFENSE
AND NOW, COMES Scott Morris, and files his defense as
fol10wsI
1. True, the Plaintiff is Pamela Switalski, an adult
individually residing at 1013 S. Humer Street(rear), Enola,
Pennsylvania 17025.
2. True, the Defendant is Scott Morris, an adult
individually residing at 42 E. COlumbia Road, Enola,
Pennsylvania 17025.
3. True Commencing on or about January 3,1995, Plaintiff
provided babysitting services for Defendant's child,Austin
Clegg.
4. False, Plaintiff babysat said child from 7100 A.M. to
11150 A.M. every school day from January 3,1995 until
February 21,1995.
5~.,~:ralse, Plaintiff agreed to babysit free of charge
plus the use of the said Defendant's Automobile in case the
Plaintiff had an emergency arise during the day. In addition
the defendant agreed to supply food for the said babysitting
service.
6. False, Plaintiff had never requested the said
Defendant to pay any amount for babysitting
services. Plaintiff seemed to be p1eaB~d with original
agreement she would babysit Austin free of charge since she
was home everyday doing nothing anyway. As long as she had
the automobile to run her errands and food for the said
Defendant's son while he was staying with Pamela Switalski
in the morning.
7. False, The value of service rendered for Plaintiff is
$450.00 said value is unreasonable and unfair because the
Plaintiff never asked for said money of $450.00 only in the
use of an automobile and food for the said Defendant's child
Austin Clegg.
I), '.. I. . I,. \,
/ ), ,
Wherefore, Defendant, Scott Morris, demands jUdgement in
the amount of $450.00,plus costs be dropped due to facts
listed in defense.
