I. Plaintiff' Is Audrey II. Gualtieri, who resides at ,165
Wertzvllle Rd, Enola, Cumberland, Pennsylvania since May 2, 1995.
2. Defendant Is Marc C. Gualtieri, who currently resides at l1C
Richland Lane #T-12, Camp Hili, Cumberland, Pennsylvania, since
February 26, 1994.
3. Plaintiff, Audrey A. Gualtieri, has been a bona fide resident
in the Commonwealth for at least six months Immediately previous
to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The plaintiff and defendant were married on July 10, 1992 at
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania/Cumberland county.
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment between
the parties except Complaint, June " 1995.
The marriage is irretrievably broken.
6. Plaintiff has been advised counseling Is available and that
plaintiff may have the right to request that the court require that
the parties participate in counseling. The two children, Travis
and Abagayle Gualtieri are currently residing with plaintiff, since
May 2, 1995 at the residence on Wertzvllle Rd, Enola, Cumberland,
Pennsylvania. The plaintiff asks that the children remain In
her primary custody with vlsltat Ions to defendant on a weekly basis
with overnight stays alternate weekends.
7. Plaintiff requests the court enter [J decree of divorce.
