Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant Sheila C. Toland. is an adult individual. sui juris, residing al 3301 Market Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Penneylvania. 3. Plaintiff and Defendanl are owners, as tenants In common, of a property generally known and numbered as 3301 Markel Street. Borough of Camp HilI. Cumberland Counly, Pennsylvania, referred 10 hereinafter as "Ihe properly" by deed dated December 22, 1993 and recorded January 31. 1994 in Ihe Office of Ihe Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County In Deed Book T, Volume 36, Page 1085. A true and correct copy of the said Deed is attached herelo, labeled Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. and Includes a more particular description of the properly. 4. No person other than the parties 10 the Instant action have any ownership Inlereslln Ihe property. S. As equal tenants in common the parties are each entitled to a one- hall undivided interest in Ihe property and joint and equal right in the management thereof and proflls deriving therefrom. 6.
