ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 9th day of June, 1995, upon
consideration of the Plaintiff'S Petition for Protection order,
and following a hearing, it is ordered, adjudged, and decreed as
follows I
The Court finds that the allegations of the
plaintiff'S petition with respect to abuse have been proven by a
preponderance of the evidence and that the Defendant has
committed abuse as alleged in the petition in the form of a
course of conduct and repeated acts toward the Plaintiff which
have placed the Plaintiff in reasonable fear of bodily injury
and that he has, in fact, intentionally, knowingly, or
recklessly caused or attempted to cause bodily injury to the
Plaintiff, consequently, it is further ordered ae followSI
1, The Defendant, Ronald J, Mitchell, is
enjoined from having any direct or indirect contact with the
plaintiff including, but not limited to, telephone and written
communications,
2, The Dufendant is enjoined from harassing or

stalking the Plaintiff and from harassing or stalking tho
Plaintiff's relatives,
3. The Defendant is enjoined from entering the
Plaintiff's place of employment.
4. The Defendant is enjoined from removing,
damaging, destroying, or selling any property owned jointly by
the parties or owned solely by the Plaintiff,
5, The Defendant is directed to make restitution
to the Plaintiff in the amount of $291.55, and to pay the costs
of this proceeding.
This Order shall remain in effect for a period of
one year,
The Defendant shall pay reasonable attorney's
fees to Plaintiff's counsel in the amount of $200,00.
The Camp Hill Police Department shall be provided
with a certified copy of this Order by Plaintiff's counsel.
This Order shall be enforced by any law enforcement agency whsre
a violation occurs by arrest for indirect criminal contempt
without warrant upon probable cause that this Order has been
violated, whether or not the violation is committed in the
presencs of the police officer, In the event that an arrest is
made under this Order, the Defendant shall be taken without
unnecessary delay before the Court that issued the Order. When
that Court is unavailable, the Defendant shall be taken before
the appropriate District Justice.

locked in the car alone The plaintil1' relrieved her children immediately. The
detendanl turned himself in 10 the Lower Allen Township Police Depnrtment
within 24 hours and was chnrged with kidnapping, car theil, harassment, slalking,
and simple assalllt A prelil11inary hearing was held betilre District Justice Clement
on August 22, 1996, and Ihe charges were bound over tor trial.

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 9th day of June, 1995, upon
consideration of the Plaintiff's Petition for protection order,
and following a hearing, it is ordered, adjudged, and decreed as
follows:
The Court finds that the allegations of the
Plaintiff's petition with respect to abuse have been proven by a
preponderance of the evidence and that the Defendant has
committed abuee as alleged in the petition in the form of a
course of conduct and repeated acts toward the Plaintiff which
have placed the Plaintiff in reasonable fear of bodily injury
and that he has, in fact, intentionally, knowingly, or
recklessly caueed or attempted to cause bodily injury to the
Plaintiff, Consequently, it is further ordered as follows:
1. The Defendant, Ronald J. Mitchell, is
enjoined from havlng any direct or indirect contact with the
Plaintiff inclUding, but not limited to, telephone and written
communications,
2. The Deferk1~Alllltl'li~joined from harassing or
stalking the Plaintiff and from harassing or stalking the
Plaintiff's relatives.
3. The Defendant is enjoined from entering the
Plaintiff's place of employment.
4. The Defendant is enjoined from removing,
damaging, destroying, or selling any property owned jointly by
the parties or owned solely by the Plaintiff.
5. The Defendant is directed to make restitution
to the Plaintiff in the amount of $291.55, and to pay the costs
of this proceeding.
This Order shall remain in effect for a period of
on. year.
The Defendant shall pay reasonable attorney's
fe.. to Plaintiff's counsel in the amount of $200.00.
The Camp Hill Police Department shall be provided
with a certified copy of this Order by Plaintiff's counsel.
This Order shall be enforced by any law enforcement agency where
a violation occurs by arrest for indirect criminal contempt
without warrant upon probable cause that this Order has been
violated, whether or not the violation is committed in the
presence of the police officer, In the event that an arrest is
made under this order, the Defendant shall be taken without
unnecessary delay before the Court that issued the Order. When
that Court is unavailable, the Defendant shall be taken before
the appropriate District Juetice,
