8. Despite Defendant's obligation to pay Plaintiff for the
services performed and costs incurred on its behalf, and despite
Plaintiff's demands on Defendant fOl' 'HICh payment, Defendant has
wrongfully failed and refused to pay to Plaintiff the sums due it,
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Hartmrln ilnd Associates, Inc., demands
judgment against Defendant in the amount of Four Hundred Ninety-
Eight and 09/100 Dollil!'s ($498.09) I together with costs and any
other reliof this Court deems appropriate.
