STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

to as Contractor, and DICKINSON SCHOOL OF LAW, of 150 South College Stree', Carlisle,
Pennlylvanla 17013, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the lor mer undertakes and agrees
to the removal of apprOKimately 6.860 square feet of ceiling tile and grid work under full
conteinment: and other work as specified in contract document. Work to be performed on the first
floor, Sheely Lee Library, Dickinson School of Law, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGHt:EMENTWITNESSETH: That tho said Contractor, for and In
consideration of tha sum of One ($1.00) Dollar to tham in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof
Is hereby acknowledged. and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for
themselves and their subcontractors, and ell parties acting through or under them, covenant and
agree that no mechanlc'a liens or claims thereto lor or on account 01 any work done or materials
furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the
erlctlon and construction of the said bUildings on the lot above described, and the sald Contractor,
lor themselves, their lIubcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and rellnquiah
the right to have, IlIe and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the sold buildings or any
01 them, and agree thlt this Inatrumenl, W8i~lng the fight 01 lien, shall be an independent covenant.
