.trike the Plaintiff'e Complaint, on the ground that it does not
conform to the Pennsylvania Rules of civil Procedure, and submits
the following preliminary Objections to Plaintiff's complaint I
1. Plaintiff's complaint was not signed by its attorney of
record or by Plaintiff, in violation of Rule 1023 of the
Penn.ylvania Rules of civil Procedure.
1I. Plaintiff failed to attached a signed verification of the
oomplaint in violation of Rule 1024 of the Pennsylvania Rules of
civil Procedure.
l. Plaintiff failed to state whether the amount in
controversy does or dOBS not exceed the jurisdictional amount
requiring compulsory arbitration referral by local rule, in
violation of Rulo 1021(c) of the Pennsylvania Rules of civil
procedure,
