COHPLAINT IN CIVIL ACTION
AND NOW, comea Plaintiff, PNC National Bank, by its Attorney
Murray A. Felder, Esq., and files thia Complaint in Civil Action
of which the fOllowing is a statement.
i. Plaintiff is PNC National Bank, a national banking
association with an office locatad at 103 Bellevue Parkway,
Wilmington, Delaware 19809.
2. Defendant is Norman A. Ream, an individual, reaiding at
12B Cambridge Drive, Hechanicaburg, PA 17055-3560.
3. On or about May 3, 1985, Defendant opened a
Mastercard/Visa Account with Plaintiff bearing account number
4081704010310465.
4. Defendant made use of Bald account and has a balance due
and owing to Plaintiff in the amount of $3,382.71.
5. Plaintiff has made repeated demands for payment, but
Defendant has steadfastly refused to pay the balance due to the
Plaintiff.
6. The application and contract for the char;e account
provided for the additional of reasonable attorney fees if the
account was referred to outside counsel and it is alle;ed that a
fee based on 20\ of the principal balance is reasonable.
7. The followin; amounts are currently due and payable.
Principal amount due.
$3,382.71
Reasonable attorney fees' 20\.
$ 676.54
Total a.ount due.
$4,059.62
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant in
the amount of $4,059.62 plus costs and interest.
