MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SERVICES AND SEWER RATRR
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitor, James D. Bogar, Esquire, and files the following
municipal claim against DONNA PARKS, an adult individual, owning
property located at 1280A and 1280B Boiling Springs Road, Boiling
Springs, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17007,
her last known mailing address being: 1280A Boiling Springs Road,
Boiling Springs, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17007. DONNA PARKS is the owner of all that certain lot of
ground, including any improvements thereon, being more fully
described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land situate in Monroe
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being bounded and
described according to a survey made by Michael C. D Angelo,
Registered Surveyor, dated May 5, 1978, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northern line of Blacksmith
Alley (10 feet wide) at the corner of lands now or formerly
of Richwine; said point being measured 102.50 feet to the
center line of Main Street (Pa. Rt. 174); thence extending
from said point of beginning and along lands of Richwine,
North 19 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West, the distance of
243.60 feet to an iron pin at the corner of lands of Warner;
thence along lands of Warner, North 68 degrees 38 minutes 00
seconds East the distance of 160.10 feet to a point at the
corner of lands now or formerly of Lyter; thence along said
lands South 24 degrees 14 minutes 26 seconds East, the
distance of 164.66 feet to a point on the Northern line of
Blacksmith Alley; thence along said line of Blacksmith
Alley, South 44 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West, the
distance of 191.53 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which the Administrator of Veterans
Affairs, by Deed dated May 24, 1983 and recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book F,
Volume 30, Page 749, granted and conveyed unto Donna Parks,
owner.
Tax Parcel No. 22-28-2401-010
Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed
from May 17, 2001 through and including June 30, 2002 (second
calendar quarter 2001 through and including second calendar
quarter 2002). Said Authority services and sewer rates were
levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04,
same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township
Municipal Authority imposing user charges to be collected from
the owner of each improved property served or to be served by
this Authority's sewer systems; and providing for payment and
collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and

incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by Monroe
Township Municipal Authority to Donna Parks for sewerage due to
be treated from May 17, 2001 through June 30, 2002 (second
calendar quarter 2001 through and including second calendar
quarter 2002), which services total is in the amount of
$1,586.00, which sum was duly assessed against Donna Parks, and
the real property described herein from the date of said billing
statements as attached hereto, and for which sum, with interest
in the amount of ten (10%) percent, along with penalties and all
costs, including attorneys' fees, a municipal lien is claimed
against the above-described real property and premises in
accordance with the Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, §7, as
amended, 53 P.S.
Tax Liens).
