J. Defendant(s) received and accepted the g~ods describsd in Exhibit "A". 4. The prlces, including service and/or other charges, if any, whioh are set forth in Exhibit "A", are the fair, reasonable and market prices and the prices which Defend(\nt(s) (\greed to pay. 5.
