WHBREAS, Stephen P. Brandt and Maureen S, Brandt
of , Pennsylvania
is about to exeoute oontemporaneously herewith, a oontraot with
Carlson Construotion of 15 Charisma Drive, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania for the ereotion of a single family building upon a
lot of land situate East Pennsboro Township in aooordance with
the Final Subdivision Plan for F10ribunda Heights, Phase II,
Section V, prepared by Martin' Martin, Inc. recorded in Plan
Book 66, Page 113 being known as Lot No. A-55.
HOW, June 71 1995 at the time of and immediately before the execution
of principal contract, and before any authority has been give
by the .aid Stephen p, Brandt and Maureen S. Brandt to the .aid
Carllon Construction to commence work on the said building, or
purchase material. for the same in oonsideration of the making of
the .aid contract with Contractor and the further consider of one
Dollar, to Contractor paid by OWner it is agreed that no line
Ihall be filed againet the building and/or land by the
contractor, or any subocntractor, nor by anr of the material men
cr workmanship or any other person for any abor cr materials
purchased cr extra labor or materials purchased fer the ereotion
of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived,
