MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER CONNECTION
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through
its Solicitor, James D. Bogar, Esquire, and files the following
municipal claim against CP~AIG G. STONE and BRENDA S. STONE, adult
individuals, owning property located at 1460 A & B Lutztown Road,
Boiling Springs, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17007. CP~AIG G. STONE and BRENDA S. STONE are the owners of all
that certain lot of ground, including any improvements thereon,
being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land described in a Minor
Subdivision Plan prepared for Raymond E. Diehl and Genevieve
A. Diehl, husband and wife, by Stephen G. Fisher,
Professional Land Surveyor, dated October 18, 1994, and
located in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
and described as Lot No. 6, in Plan Book 29, Page 48, in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, and more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a p.k. nail set in the center of the
intersection of the Lutztown Road, T-551, and Martin Road,
T-553, in said Township; thence along the centerline of
Martin Road, North 1 degree 8 minutes 7 seconds West a
distance of 309.67 feet to a p.k. nail set in the center of
said road, in line of Lot No. 5 as it appears on said plan,
(incorrectly labeled Lot No. 6 on the portion of the plan
describing Lot No. 6) property of Yellow Breeches Anglers
and Conservation Association, Inc.; thence along said land
of the Yellow Breeches Anglers and Conservation Association,
Inc., South 87 degrees 1 minute 16 seconds East a distance
of 270.87 feet to an existing iron pipe in line of land now
or formerly of Jerome I. Sullivan and Gretchen E. Sullivan,
husband and wife; thence along said lands of Sullivan, South
0 degrees 12 minutes 0 seconds West a distance of 296.46
feet to a p.k. nail set in the aforementioned Lutztown Road;
thence through the Lutztown Road North 89 degrees 48 minutes
West a distance of 263.34 feet to a p.k. nail set in the
center of the aforesaid Martin Road at the intersection of
said Martin Road with the Lutztown Road, the Place of
BEGINNING.
HAVING ERECTED THEREON a two story frame dwelling and frame
sheds. Known and numbered as 1460 A & B Lutztown Road,
Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania 17007.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Raymond E. Diehl and Genevieve
A. Diehl, husband and wife, by deed dated November 20, 1996
and recorded November 26, 1996 in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 149, Page 746, granted
and conveyed unto Craig G. Stone and Brenda S. Stone,
husband and wife, owners.
Tax Parcel No. 22-29-2478-035
Monroe Township Municipal Authority hereby files this
Municipal Lien for Sewer Connection in the amount of $3,000.00,
which connection fee has been duly assessed against Craig G.
Stone and Brenda S. Stone, adult individuals, and the real

property described herein from and on July 21, 2001, and for
which sum, with interest in the amount of ten (10%) percent,
along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys' fees,
municipal lien is claimed against the above-described real
property and premises in accordance with the Act of May 16,
P.L. 207, §7, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seq, as amended
(Municipal Claims and Tax Liens).
