Cumberland/Seotion 8 Rental Assistanoe Program, obligating me to
repay that amount on demand.
I understand that the Note contains wording that would permit the
holder to enter jUdgment against me at the oourthouse, whether or
not eaid Note is in default, without prior notioe to me and without
Offering me an opportunity to defend against the entry of judgment,
and that the judgment may be colleuted by any legal means when it
is due.
In exeouting the Note, I am knowingly, understandingly and
voluntarily waiving my rights to resist the entry of judgment
against me at the oourthouse, and am consenting to the oonfe.sion
of jUdgment.
