CONCEI~fS & CONSTRUCTION of 570 South Th/rd SWeet, Lemoyne, PA 17043, for the construct/on
of an addition to a dwelling located upon premises coramonly known as 229 No~th 17~ Street, Camp Hill,
Curaberla~d County, p~ausylvania, as ~et forth in the Deed dated ~ ~a/~'~ ~): ~ ~.~ , at Deed

specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated hereto and attached hereto.
NOW, July ~ ,2002, at the time of and immediately before thc execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor t~ co~iux, eac¢ work
on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the ~ldng of the said contract with
Contractor and the fu_~her considexation of Oue Dellar ($I .00). to Contractor paid by Owner, it is atgced that
no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the
materiahnen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, ar extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such li~as being expressly waiv~l.

located 477.2 feet measured northwardly along 17th Street from the
