Respondent is prohibited from having any contact with Petitioner, including entering or telephoning Petitioner's home, school or place of employment, Any contacts believed by Respondent to be necessary shall be made either through legal counselor by non-threatening mail addressed to Petitioner's home address. 4. Respondent is prohibited from stalking Petitioner as that term is defined in the Crimes COde, 18 Pa. C,S. ~2709. Pursuant to 23 Pa. C,S, ~6113(g), Respondent is hereby notified that violations of this Order will subjeot him to arrest under subsection ~ 6113 and/or contempt of court under subsections ~6114 and ~6114.1. Specifically, Respondent is notified that should he begin living with Petitioner contrary to the provisions of this Order, he may be in indirect criminal contempt or civil contempt, The consent of Petitioner for Respondent to visit or live with her shall not invalidate this Order or otherwise make it unenforceable, Respondent shall Beek modification or termination of this Order before commencing or resuming any cohabitation with Petitioner. This order shall be enforced by any law enforcement agency in any county where a violation has occurred. An arrest for violation of this order may be without warrant upon probable cause whether or not the violation is committed in the presence of a police officer, 23 Pa, C.S. ~6113(a), upon finding a violation of a protection order or court-approved consent agreement under subsection ~6113(a) and/or subsection 66113,1, the court may hold Respondent in indirect criminal contempt and punish Respondent in accordance with law, A sentence for indirect criminal contempt may include a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $1000.00, or up to six (6)1 months imprisonment, or both, and may include other relief, Disposition of a charge of indirect criminal contempt shall not preclude the prosection of other criminal charges associated with the incident giving rise to the contempt. 23 Pa. C,S, 66114(d), upon finding a violation of any provisions of a protection order or court-approved consent agreement, the court, either pursuant to a petition for civil contempt or on its own accord, may hold Respondent in civil contempt and constrain Respondent in accordance with law.
