2. The llefendant is ROBBRT R. BNYDER, an adult individuat who cnrrently resides
at 28 Teaberry Drive, Carlisle, CUMberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Both the I'laintitt and Defendant have been bona tide residente of the COllMOn-
wealth of Pennsylvania for at least six MOnths i..ediately previoue to the filing of
this COIIplaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were marrll!d on I October 1994 in Carlisle,
Penneylvania .
~. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment between the parttes.
6. This marriage Is Irretrievably broken.
