SUBORDINATION OF JUDGMENT LIEN
WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM R. RONAN and GERALDINE L.
RONAN, are the Plaintiffe/creditoru under a certain Judgment Note
given by LYNN A. RONAN and SHERRY L. RONAN, his wife, dated
June 13, 1995, and docketed to 1995-3157 civil Term in the Court
of Common Pleas of cumberland county, Pennsylvania, (hereinafter
referred to as "the JUdgment Lien"), and Which Judgment Lien
encumbers the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, Lynn A. Ronan and Sherry L. Ronan have given or are
about to give a mortgage in the amount of Three Hundred Thirty-
seven Thousand Five Hundred ($337,500.00) Dollars, (hereinafter
referred to as "the Mortgage" ) to Orrstown Bank, which Mortgage
has been or is about to be recorded.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
and intending to be legally bound hereby, William R. Ronan and
Geraldine L. Ronan, his wife, for themselves, their heirs and
assigns, do hereby subordinate and postpone the lien of said
JUdgment Lien to that of the Mortgage for all purposes with the
same force and effect as though the Mortgage had been executed
and recorded prior to the filing of the Judgment Lien.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that nothing contained herein shall be
construed so as to impair or otherwise affect the lien of said
Judgment Lien against th~ above described real estate or its
enforceability against Lynn A. Ronan and sherry L. Ronan.

BEGINNING at a point on the concrete road leading from carlisle
to Boiling springs (York Road, S.R. 0074), which point is at the
intersection of Fairfield Avenue, and extending thence West along
the said York Road 100 feet to a line of other property now or
formerly of Raymond W. Peterman, which property is known as 251
York Road; and extending thence North 300 feet to a 20 feet wide
alley; thence by the same East, 100 feet to Fairfield Avenue;
thence by the same, South 300 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 12 and the western 40 feet of Lot No. 11 of
Fairfield Plan as recorded in cumberland county Plan Book 2,
Page 41, and being improved with a rcsidcncn known HS and
numbered 255 York Road.
BEING the same premises which Raymond W. Peterman, by his deed
dated June 13, 1995, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds in and for Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, in Deed
Book 123, Page 516, granted and conveyed to Lynn A. Ronan and
Sherry L. Ronan, his wife, Mortgagors herein.

South Middleton Township, cumberland county, Pennsylvania, and
being more particularly a lot of ground having a frontage on said
highway of 72~ feet and extending in depth 300 feet and being
composed of the eastern 12~ feet of Lot No. 9 and all of Lot
No. 10 and the western 10 feet of Lot No. lion the plan of lots
of Fairfield recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
and for cumberland county, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 2, Page 41,
and being improved with a residence known as and numbered
251 York Road.

ON DEMAND, after date, we, Lynn A. Ronan and sherry L.
Ronan, husband and wife, promise to pay to the order of
William R. Ronan and Geraldine L. Ronan, husband and wife, the
principal sum of seventy-two Thousand Five Hundred ($72,500.00)
Dollars, at zero (0\) percent interest per annum on the unpaid
principal balanced.
AND FURTHER, we do hereby jointly and severally authorize
and empower any attorney of any court of record in Pennsylvania
or elsewhere to appear for and to enter judgment against us or
any of us in favor of any holder of this Note for the above sum,
with or without declaration, with costs of suit and release of
errors, without stay of execution, and with fifteen (15\) percent
added as a reasonable attorney fee, and we hereby waive and
release all benefit and relief from any and all appraisemont,
stay or exemption laws of any state now in force or hereafter to
be passed.
