RONAN and SHERRY L. RONAN, Defendants SUBORDINATION OF JUDGMENT LIEN WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM R. RONAN and GERALDINE L. RONAN, are the Plaintiffe/creditoru under a certain Judgment Note given by LYNN A. RONAN and SHERRY L. RONAN, his wife, dated June 13, 1995, and docketed to 1995-3157 civil Term in the Court of Common Pleas of cumberland county, Pennsylvania, (hereinafter referred to as "the JUdgment Lien"), and Which Judgment Lien encumbers the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, Lynn A. Ronan and Sherry L. Ronan have given or are about to give a mortgage in the amount of Three Hundred Thirty- seven Thousand Five Hundred ($337,500.00) Dollars, (hereinafter referred to as "the Mortgage" ) to Orrstown Bank, which Mortgage has been or is about to be recorded. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and intending to be legally bound hereby, William R. Ronan and Geraldine L. Ronan, his wife, for themselves, their heirs and assigns, do hereby subordinate and postpone the lien of said JUdgment Lien to that of the Mortgage for all purposes with the same force and effect as though the Mortgage had been executed and recorded prior to the filing of the Judgment Lien. PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that nothing contained herein shall be construed so as to impair or otherwise affect the lien of said Judgment Lien against th~ above described real estate or its enforceability against Lynn A.
