Pursuant to the authority contained in the Warrant of
Attorney, the original or a copy of which is attached to the
Complaint filed in this action, I, JONATHAN M. CRIST, ESQ., an
attorney liceneed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
appear for the Defendants, EDDIE G. CHAMBERLIN and ROBER'r L.
CHAMBERLIN, Individually and Trading as CHAMBERLIN AND SONS
PARTNERSHIP and confess judgment in favor of the Plaintiff, CLASSIC
ACCENTS OF HERSHEY, INC., and against Defendants, EDDIE G.
CHAMBERLIN and ROBERT L. CHAMBERLIN, Individually and 'rrading as

CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT
COMPLAINT IN CONFESSION OF JUDGEMENT FOR MONEY
AND NOW, comes the Plaintiff, CLASSIC ACCENTS OF HERSHEY,
INC., by its attorney, JONATHAN M, CRIST, ESQ. pursuant to
Pennsylvanian Rules of civil Procedure 2951(b) and 2952 and avers
as follows.
1. Plaintiff, CLASSIC ACCENTS OF HERSHEY, INC., is a
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
Conunonwealth of Pennsylvania with an address of 309 Hockersville
Road, Hershey, Dauphin County PennsylvalJia.
2. Defendant, EDDlE G. CIlAMBERLIN, is an adult individual
with a business address of 311 Skyport Road, Mechanicsburg,
cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Defendant, ROBER'l' L. CIlAMllERLIN, is an adult individual
with a business address of 3\1 Skyport Road, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, PenlJsylvania.
4. upon Informatilln received, It is therefore averred that
Defendant, EDDIE G. CIlAMIIERY,YN and Defendant, ROBERT L. CHAMBERLIN,
are trading and doing busineLfs under the unregistered fictitiou8
name of CHAMIlERI,1N AND SONS PAR'1'NlmSIlIP.
5. It is believed that Defendant, CHAMBERLIN AND SONS
PARTNERSHIP, is a general partnership comprised of Defendant, BODIE
G. CHAMBERLIN, and Defendant, ROBBRT L. CIIAMBBRLIN, with a business
address of 311 Skyport Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
6. On or about February 07, 1995 in order to secure
continued delivery of merchandise by the Plaintiff, Defendants,
EDDIE G. CHAMBERLIN and ROBERT L. CIII\MBERLIN, executed a Judgment
Note in favor of Plaintiff, CLASSIC ACCENTS OF HERSIIEY, INC., in
the amount of Fifty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Three
($57,553.00) Dollars representing the then outstanding open account
balance owed to Plaintiff by CHAMBERLIN AND SONS PARTNERSHIP. The
original of this Note is attached to this Complaint as Exhibit "A".
7 . This aforesaid Judgment Note had not been assigned to any
party.
B. Judgment on this aforesaid Judgment Note has not been
entered in any jurisdiction.
9. Although the form Judgement Note recites payment in
accordance with an alleged attached schedule, no such schedule was
prepared or attached to the Note.
10. 'l'he parties agreed that payments on said Judgment Note
would occur in the form of an additional ten (10%) payment amount
of the cost of any additional new purchaBes by CHAMBERLIN AND SONS
PARTNERSllIP occurring after the date of the execution of the Note.
See Bxhibit "B" attached hereto.

Re: Outstanding Balance
Dear Bill,
As per our decision we are signing a Judgment Note
complete with Explanation Of Rights Confossion Of Judgment.
Beginning on March 1, 1995 We will begin to pay on the
outstanding balance an amount equal to at least 10% of any
new purchases, that is if we would purchase new materials
totaling $30,000,00 we would pay $3,000.00 plus the new
purchases that month.
As time improves we hope to pay the balance off quicker.
We would hope to review this with you from time to time and
we hope to be able to purchase on our open account,
