ALL TIIAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land, situate in the Township
of Southampton, County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, referred to as

with Subdivision Plan entitled "Land subdivision of Crestwood Acres
West", prepared by Carl D. Bert, Professional Land surveyor, which
Subdivision Plan has been approved by the appropriate municipal
authorities and is recorded in Cumberland county plan Book 66, Page

BEGINNING at 0 railroad spike set in the centerline of public rood
(T- 323), also known os walnut Dale Rood at conunon corner of Lot
