STIPULATIONS AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Dennis .James Pochodzay and Anna Marie Pochodzay,
of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contt-act with Dennis James Pochodzay
of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwell ing
upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece at- parcel of land, situate in the
Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows, to wit.
BEGINNING at a point on the Eastern line of Boyer Road
(T- 550), at the Northwest cornet- of Lot No, 8 as shown on the
hereinafter lIIentioned Plan of Lots; thence by the Eastern line of
Boyer Road one hundt-ed thi rt Y (130,00) feet to a point; thence by
lands now Ot- fOl"lnerly of McCorkel, North 81 degrees 53 minutes 30
seconds East, four hundred fifty-four and forty-eight hundredths
(454.48) feet to a point; thence by the dividing line between Lots
Nos. 1 and 7 on said Plan, South 16 degrees 09 minutes 50 seconds
East, sixty-six and thirty-one hundredths (66.31) feet to a point;
thence by the dividing line between Lots Nos. 7 and 8 on said Plan,
South 73 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds West, four hundred fifty
(450.00) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No, 'I on the Plan of Lots of Baker's Acres, as
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office, in Plan Book
51, at Page 98,
NOW, May 26, 1995, at the time of and illlmediately before
the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority
has been given by the said Dennis Jallles Pochodzay and Anna Marie
Pochodzay, to the said Dennis James Pochodzay to commence work on
t.he said building, or purchase materials for the same in
