STIPULATION WAIVING LIENS
WHEREAS, Aycock Inc, has entered Into a contract with Carlisle SynTec Systems. Division of
Carlisle Corporation, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for Improvement to the real propeny
sltusted In the Boroullh of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on the north side of U.S. Route II South
more panlcularly described In deeds recorded In the Office for the Recordlnll of Deeds In and for Cumberland
County. Pennsylvania on March 20, 19.57 In Deed Book R, Volume 17 at Pale 483 and June 19, 1981 In Deed
Book L, Volume 29 at Pale .539.
NOW THEREFORE, It Is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said panles, as pan of the
said contract and for the conslderstlon therein set forth, that neither the undenlllned Contractor, any subcontractor
or material man, nor any other penon furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under this contract shall
file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any
pan thereof.
This stipulation Is made and Intended to be filed with the Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Prothonolal'y
within ten (10) days after date, In accordance with requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, In such case
provided.
