STIPULATION WAIVING LIENS
WHEREAS, Aycock Incomoraled hu entered InlO a contract with Carlisle SynTec Systems, Division
of Carlisle Corporation. 10 provide materials and perform labor neceuary for Improvement 10 the real property
situated in the Boroup of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on the north side of U.S. Route II South
more particularly described In deeds recorded In the Office for the Recording of Deeds In and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania on March 20. 1957 In Deed Book R. Volume 17 at Page 483 and June 19, 1981 In Deed
Book L, Volume 29 at Pile 539.
NOW THEREFORE. It Is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties. u part of the
said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned Contractor, any subcontractor
or material man. nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said ContraclOr under this contract shall
file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any
part thereof.
This stipulation Is made and Intended to be filed with the Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Prothonotary
within ten (10) days after date. In accordance with requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, In such case
provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF. the said parties have hereunto set their hands and seals this 7 day
