R.C.P. 1019(g). Lot Number 2: BEGINNING at a point on the line of land now or formerly of Lillie J. Houston, which point is 40 feet from the Northern line of Liberty Alley; THENCE with line of land now or formerly of Lillie J. Houston, North 10 feet to corner of lot now or formerly of C. The Interest of each individual Defendant is as Mortgagor, Real Owner, or both. 7. If any Defendant above-named is deceased, this action shall proceed against the deceased Defendant's heirs, assigns, successors, administrators, personal representatives and/or executors through his/her estate. 8. The Mortgage is in default because the monthly installments of principal and interest and other charges stated below, all as authorized by the Mortgage, are due as of NOVEMBER 1, 1994 and have not been paid, and upon failure to make such payments when due, the whole of the principal, together with charges specifically itemized below are immediately due and payable. 6 9. S 403 and demand for payment was sent to each individual Mortgagor by Certified and Regular Mail. Copies of the Notice are attached as Exhibit "C" 13. Notice pursuant to the Homeowners' Emergency Mortgage Assistance Act of 1983, 35 P.S. S 1680.402c, ~ ~., was sent to each individual Mortgagor by first-class mail. Copies of the Notice are attached hereto as Exhibit "0". WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Court to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants in the amount set forth in paragraphs 9 and 10, together with interest, attorneys fees and for other expenses, costs, charges collectible under the Mortgage and for the foreclosure and sale of the mortgaged premises.
