Plaintiff, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, the address
of which is C/O BancBoston Mortgage Corporation, Post Office Box
44090, Jacksonville, FL 32231, brings this action of mortgage
foreclosure upon the followi~g cause of action:

17013 and is more specifically described as:
ALL THOSE TWO (2) certain lots of ground situate in
the 2nd Ward of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
Lot Number 1: On the North by East High Street; on
the East by Lot now or formerly of Roger K. Todd and
Helen E. Todd, his wife; on the South by land now or
formerly of Charles R. Todd; and on the West by Lot now
or formerly of Charles R. Todd; and on the West by Lot
now or formerly of C. Robert Todd and Ozella D. Todd, his
wife. Having a frontage of 15 feet, more or less, on
East High Street, and extending in depth 172 feet, and
being known as Number 156 East High Street.
Lot Number 2: BEGINNING at a point on the line of
land now or formerly of Lillie J. Houston, which point is
40 feet from the Northern line of Liberty Alley; THENCE
with line of land now or formerly of Lillie J. Houston,
North 10 feet to corner of lot now or formerly of C.
Robert Todd and Ozella D. Todd; THENCE East with said
lot, 24.5 feet to land now or formerly of Charles R.

Todd; THENCE South 10 feet to the corner of lot now or
formerly of Roger K. Todd and Helen E. Todd, his wife;
THENCE with the same, West 24.5 feet to the place of
BEGINNING.
Lot Number 1 being improved with a brick house; and
Lot Number 2 being improved with a garage.
TOGETHER with the right to use, in common with the
owners of the houses known as Numbers 154, 158 and 160
East High Street, the tract of ground about 35 feet by 60
feet in the rear of said properties to provide ingress
and egress from Liberty Alley to the above mentioned
garage, and for parking purposes in connection with the
same.
BEING Tax Parcel Number 03-21-0318-027; and being
known as 156 East High Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania
17013.
BEING the same premises which William J. Branch,
Jr., and Leslie L. Branch, his wife by Deed dated August
20, 1986 and recorded August 27, 1986 in Deed Book 0 32,
Page 251 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for
CUMBERLAND County, granted and conveyed unto Deborah D.
Graeff, in fee.
5. The Name and mailing address of each Defendant is:
Deborah D. Graeff, 156 East High Street, Carlisle, PA
17013.
6. The Interest of each individual Defendant is as
Mortgagor, Real Owner, or both.
7. If any Defendant above-named is deceased, this action
shall proceed against the deceased Defendant's heirs,
assigns, successors, administrators, personal
representatives and/or executors through his/her estate.
8. The Mortgage is in default because the monthly
installments of principal and interest and other charges
stated below, all as authorized by the Mortgage, are due
as of NOVEMBER 1, 1994 and have not been paid, and upon
failure to make such payments when due, the whole of the
principal, together with charges specifically itemized
below are immediately due and payable.

10. Interest accrues at a per diem rate of $10.24 for each
day after MAY 31, 1995 that the debt remains unpaid.
12. Notice of Intention to Foreclose pursuant to 41 P.S. S
403 and demand for payment was sent to each individual
Mortgagor by Certified and Regular Mail. Copies of the
Notice are attached as Exhibit "C"
13. Notice pursuant to the Homeowners' Emergency Mortgage
Assistance Act of 1983, 35 P.S. S 1680.402c, ~ ~., was
sent to each individual Mortgagor by first-class mail.
Copies of the Notice are attached hereto as Exhibit "0".
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests this Court to enter
judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants in the amount
set forth in paragraphs 9 and 10, together with interest, attorneys
fees and for other expenses, costs, charges collectible under the
Mortgage and for the foreclosure and sale of the mortgaged
premises.
