4. Father shall have custody of the child on Father's Day and Mother shall have custody of the
child on Mother's Day.
5, Parties agree to share transportation,
6. Both parties agree to provide 24 hours notice, except in emergencies, of any change in plans
regarding custody and the times to pick up or return the child, Emergencies are those which involve
police, fire, or rescue personnel or medical emergencies with documentation,
7, Mother and Father agree not to make disparaging remarks about the other party to the child

8, Neither party shall abuse alcohol, use drugs in the same vehicle or household when they
have custody of Charles,
9. It is understood and stipulated by the parties that, upon their mutual agreement, an

child.

Carl E. Hollingsworth, Plaintilf("Father" herein) and Renee L, Rudy, Defendant ("Mother" herein),
who are the parents of one (1) minor child, Charles H. Hollingsworth III born May 17, 1993. intending to
be legally bound, hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
1. The parents shall share legal custody of the child.
