execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with R. S. Mowery & sons, Inc., of
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for the construction of Interior alterations to the Kline Life/Sports

Center upon a lot of land owned by Dickinson college In the 600 BI c of est High

Street, Carlisle Borough, Cumberland County, pennsylvania.
NOW, June 21, 1995, at the time of and Immediately before th
cut of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Dlcklns n College
to the said R. S. Mowery & sons, Inc., to commence work on the said building, or purchase
materials for the same In consideration of the making of the said contract with R. S.
Mowery & sons, Inc., and further consideration of One Dollar to R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc.,
paid by Dickinson College, It Is agreed that no lien shall be flied against the building or
property by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or
workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extr-:: labor or
materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
WITNESS our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.
