AND NOW, this 31st day of August, 1995, it appearing that
this matter is proceeding in Dauphin County and that the Court
there has, at least preliminarily, decided that Dauphin county is
the proper venue for the case, the conciliator hereby
relinquishes jurisdiction and returns the file to the Court
Administrator. If a Gourt or the parties subsequently determine
that Cumberland county is the proper venue, either party may move
to have the conciliator appointed again.
