The Plaintiff has not partioipated as a party or witness, or in any other oapaoity, in other litigation concerning the custody of the ohild in this or any other court, except as set forth above. 10. The Plaintiff has no information of a custody prooeedillg ooncerning the child pending in ft Court of this Commonwealth or in any other Court. 11. The Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the proceedings who has physical custody of the child, or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the child. 12. Each parent whose parental rights to the child have not been terminated, and the persons who have physical custody of the ohild, have been named as parties to tilis action. There are no other persons known to have or claim a right to custody or visitation of the child and therefore, no further notice of the pendency of this action and the right to intervene shall be given, other than to the parties named herein. 13. Chr istmas Bve and Chr istmas Day shall be shared by the parents, depending upon MOTHER's work schedule. If MO'rHBR workll day-shift, FATHER shall have the minor child at 5: 00 p. m. on Christmas Bve until 4:00 p.m. on Christmas Day. If MOTHBR works evening-shift, FATHBR shall have the minor child at 1: 00 on Christmas Day until 5:00 p.m. on December 26th. 5. FATHER shall have custody of the minor child every New Year I s Day, which is also the child's birthday, from 10: 00 a. m. until 5:00 p.m. 6. The Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day shall be with MOTHER. 7. Baster and Memorial Day, from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., shall be with FATHER. If Memorial Day follows FATHBR's regularly scheduled weekend, he shall have the minor child from Friday at 5:00 p.m. until Memorial Day at 5:00 p.m. 8. Mother's Day shall be with MOTHBR; Father's Day shall be with FATHBR, regardless of the usual schedule. The hours shall be from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. 9, Each parent shall have Bummer custody of the minor child
