the mortgags was assignsd to Plaintiff, which Assignment is

4. The prsmises subject to said mortgage is described as

5. The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of
principal and intereet upon eaid mortgage due 11/1/94
and each month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the
terms of said mortgage, upon failure of mortgagor to make
such payments after a date specified by written notice sent
to Mortgagor, the entire principal balanoe and all interest
due thereon are collectible forthwith. A copy of such a
notice is attached as Exhibit "A".

a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto as

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment against the Defendant(s)
