PlaintilTwas a passenger in a 1991 Eagle Summit owned and operated by Victoria L. Beaver. 4. On or about July 6. 1993. Plaintitl: while a passenger in aforesaid Eagle Summit. was traveling on Route 641 (East Trindle Road) in ClImp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 5, On or about July 6, 1993. Defendant, Daniel S, Beaver. was operating a 1986 Fleetwood Cadillac on Route 641 (East Trindle Road) in Camp Hill, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, 6, On or about July 6, 1993. the aforesaid Eagle Summit in which PlaintilT was a passenger was involved in II collision with the 1986 Fleetwood Cadillac being operated by Defendant while the vehicles were on Route 641 (East Trindle Road), 7.
