a judgment rendered by District Justice Correal on June 1, 1995,
awarding Plaintiff possession of the home in which we reside and
alleged back rent,
2, The rent for our home, located at 337 North East street,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is $350,00 per month,
and becomes due on the 1st day of each month,
3. Our next rent payment will be due on or before July 1,
1995.

14. 1994 to Octoher 15, 1995. In consideration fur the tcrlll uf the leuse, IJefendunts agreed to
pay III Plulnliff rent in monlhly instalhnenls of $350.00 on the I1rst dllte of each succeeding month
after the inceplion of the tennof Ihe lease.
7. Defendants did occupy the prelllises and initiully did muke monthly puyments for rent
pursuant to the terms of the lease.
8. By lellerdated February 3. 1995, Plaintiff notified Defendants that it was from that
date on responsible for the management of the premises. It further advised Defendant that all
future rent and all requests for repairs should be made to Plaintifr. A copy of this leller is allached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "B".
9. Defendants breached the tenns of the lease as stuted above by failing to pay rent due
on und after February I, 1995.
10. Pursuant to the lenns of the lease. Defendants breach of the terms of the lease has
resulted In a forfeiture In their right to possess the premises for Ihe remainder of the lease teon.
II. Defendants In the above-referenced lease waived any right to a Notice to Quit.
12. Plaintiff has pcrfonned all responsihilities under the terms of the lease,
13. Defendants continue to occupy the premises in violation of the terms of lease relating
to breach and forfeiture of possession and refuse to vucate and surrender possession of the
premises to Plaintiff.
14. Plaintiff is entitled to possession of the premises herein described.

Farmers Trust Company now aots as trustee for the above referenoed
trust. The property in whioh you reside is an asset in this trust.
Therefore, all future rent ohecks should be forwarded direotly to
us as trustee.
It is our understanding that the current rent is $350 per month and
the lease will expire Ootober 14, 1995. In accordance with the
terms of the lease, the agreement will renew on a month to month
basis as of October 15, 1995.
If any repairs are required to the property, please contact the
