ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township
of East pennsboro, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows,
to witt
BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of Brentwater Road, which
point is the Northwest corner of land now or late of the West
Shore County Club; thence along the centerline of Brentwater
Road, North 14 degrees 54 minutes 53 seconds West, a distance of
135.36 feet to a point; thence continuing along said centerline,
North 24 degrees 36 minutes 22 seconds East, a distance of 171.11
feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 1 and 2 as
shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan; thence along said
dividing line South 79 degrees 57 minutes 13 seconds East, a
distance of 461.51 feet to a point on the Western line of lands
now or late of Erika H. Weaver; thence along lands of Erika H.
Weaver, South 16 degrees 29 minutes 25 seconds East, a distance
of 71.83 feet to a point on the Northern line of the
aforementioned West Shore County Club; thence along the Northern
line of the West Shore County Club, South 75 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds West, a distance of 529.26 feet to a point in the
centerline of Brentwater Road, said point being the Place of
BEGINNING.
BEING all of Lot No. 1 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of
Maurice E. Bender Estate, which Plan is recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylv~nia in Plan
Book 62, page 73.
SAID LOT contains 2.133 acres.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a one story brick dwelling known as and
numbered 1001 Brentwater Road.
BEING the same premises which Dauphin Deposit Bank and Truet
Company, a Penna. Corporation, Executor of the Last Will and
Testament of Maurice E. Bender by Deed dated June 18, 1991 and
recorded in Cumberland County, in Deed Book E 35 page 242
conveyed unto Luciano A. Picchio and Jessica C. Bainbridge,
husband and wife.
