Where.., New Hope United Methodist Church, 01 North High Street, Newburg,
Pennsylvania Is about to execute contemporaneously herewith a contract, with Wilmer's
Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, of 5379 Blno Road, Greencastle, Pennsylvania for the
renovation of a single story educational building upon a 10/ of land situate partly In the
Borough of Newburg and partly In the Township of Hopewell, County of Cumberland and
Commonweahh 01 Pennsylvanle, wllh a school building erected thereon formerly known 00 the
Newburg Elementary School, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an Iron pin In the center of the public road leading Irom Newburg to Three
Square Hollow, also known as North High Street, and also known as Legislative Route 21043,
thence along the center Ilne 01 sold North High Street, North seven (07) minutes East, lour
hundrad forty (440) feet to an Iron pin; thence by land now or formerly of Bessie L.
Leberknlght, South seventy-nine (79) degrees forty-seven (47) minutes East, one hundred
seventy.flve (175) feet to an Iron pin; thence by the same Ncrth three (03) degrees two (02)
minutes West, seventy-five (75) feet to an Iron pin; thence by land formerly of Clair Whisler,
now or formerly of John A. Byers and Mary M. Byers, his wife, South seventy-nine (79)
degrees seventeen (17) minutes East, six hundred and three (603) feet to a post; thence by land
now or formerly of Luther Baker, South three (30) degrees fllleen (15) minutes East, two
hundred nlnety.slx and nlne.tenths (296.9) feet to an Iron pin; thence by land now or
formerly of Beasle Nolan and Albert Shope, South eeventy-flve (75) degrees ten (10) minutes
West, five hundred ninety-five and five-tenths (595.5) feet to a posl; thence by land now or
lormerly of Dsnton Miller, North three (03) degrees twenty. four (24) minutes Wes\, one
hundred thirty-one and four.tenths (131.4) feet to an Iron pin: thence by the same South
seventy-four (74) degrees thirty-six (36) minutes West, two hundred (200) leet to the place
of BEGINNING. CONTAINING seven (7) Acres, seventy. six (76) perches pursuant to survey and
drall of John H. Atherton, Registered Professional Engineer, Pennsylvania No. 2602, made
April 4, 1952.

tile right to file such liens being expressly waived.
