Pennsylvanle, with a school building erecled Ihereon formerly known as Ihe Newburg
Elementary School, bounded and described es lollows:
BEGINNING at an Iron pin In the center of the public road leading Irom Newburg to Three
Square Hollow, also known as North High Street, and also known as Legislative Route 21043,
thence along the center line of sold North High Streel, North saven (07) minutes East, four
hundred forty (440) feet to an Iron pin; thance by land now or formerly 01 Bessie L.
Leberknlght, South seventy. nine (79) degrees forty.seven (47) minutes East, one hundred
seventy. live (175) feet to an Iron pin; thence by the same North three (03) degrees two (02)
minutes West, seventy. live (75) leet to an Iron pin; thence by land formerly of Clair Whisler,
now or formerly 01 John A. Byers and Mary M. Byers, his wife, South seventy-nine (79)
degrees seventeen (17) minutes East, six hundred and three (603) feet to a post; thence by land
now or lormerly of Luther Baker, South three (30) degrees IIfteen (15) minutes East, two
hundred ninety-six and nine-tenths (296.9) feet to an Iron pin; thence by land now or
formerly 01 Bessie Nolan and Albert Shope, South seventy.lIve (75) degrees ten (10) minutes

of BEGINNING. CONTAINING seven (7) Acres, ssventy-slx (76) perches pursuent to survey and
draft 01 John H. Atherton, Registered Professional Engineer, Pennsylvania No. 2602, made
April 4, 1952.

further cons/deration of 0110 Dotlar, to Huckellberry'~ Electrical Service paid by tha Owner, It
/s agreed that no lien shall be flied against the building by the coll/ractor, or any sub-
contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any tabor, or
mater/als purchased, or extra tabor or materlats purclrased for the erection of said bulld/ng,
the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
