Patricia Pickering, who currently resides at JJ5 Blacksmith Road, camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. 2. Defendant is Charles W. Pickering, who currently resides at J25 Blacksmith Road, Camp Ilill, Pennsylvania 17011. 3. A Complaint in Divorce was filed on or about July 6, 1995. 4. A portion of the parties' marital assets consists of investments with Integrated Financial Group. 5. It has corne to Defendant's attention that Plaintiff has ' withdrawn a sum of approximately $140,000 from a marital account on or about August 9, 1995. This was done without Defendant's consent or knowledge. 6. The account from which the money was withdrawn was established for estate planning purposes and named Plaintiff as Trustee. 7. The assets containud in the account from which Plaintiff withdrew $140,000 are marital property. 8. Pursuant to 23 Pa.C.S.A. S3323(f)1 In all matrimonial causes, the court shall have full equity power and jurisdiction and may issue injunctions or other orders which are neceseary to protect the interests of the parties or to effectuate the purposes of this part and may grant such other relief or remedy as equity and justice require against either party or against any third person over whom the court has jurisdiction and who is involved in or concerned with the dissipation of the cause. 9. Defendant fears that Plaintiff will dissipate the funds she has already withdrawn and further that Plaintiff may dissipate additional marital assets if not prevented from doing so by court order. WHEREFORE, it is respectfully requested that this Honorable Court enter an Order enjoining and restraining either party from encumbering, dissipating, selling, damaging, destroying or otherwise alienating any and all marital assets including, but not limited to assets in the following Accounts I 81266919, 86080831, AB000008367 and American Mutual Life 2535761 held by Integrated Financial Group.
