KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that BRENDA PALLANTE, the
plaintiff named in the above entilled judgment, for and in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar, lawful money of the United Stated, to BRENDA PALLANTE paid by the
defendant above named, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
forever acquit, exonerate, discharge and release from the lien of the above entilled
judgment, the following described property, to-wit known and numberod as 10 Ian
Drive, Mount Holly Springs, PA, 17065, being more fully described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in South Middleton township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the Western side of Ian Drive, a 50 foot right of way at
the corner of Lot No, 23; thence South 71 degrees 35 minutes 50 seconds West 136,36
feet to an iron pin; thence along lands now or formerly of William 0110 South 18
degrees 26 minutes East 110,1 feet to an iron pin; thence by Lot No. 21 north 71
degrees 35 minutes 50 seconds East 136,3 feet to an iron pin on the western side of
Ian Drive; thence along the western side of Ian Drive North 18 degrees 24 minutes 10
seconds West 110 feet to the Place of BEGINNING,
CONTAINING approximately 15,002.82 square feet.
BEING Lot No, 22 of Section A of the Final Plan of Stephen O. Smith and Larry V,
Neidlinger, recorded In the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 44, Page 38
And it is further agreed that the plaintiff above named will not look to the said
above mentioned and described premises or any part thereof, for payment of any part
of the principal and Interest of said abova entitied judgment now or hereafter 10 become
due, or in any way disturb, molest, put to charge or damage, the present or any future
owner or owners, occupier or occupiers of the said above mentioned and described

maller, cause or thing thence accruing or to arise: Provided, that nothing herein
contalnad shall affect the said Judgment or lis lagal validity, so far as respects all other

not herein expressly exonerated therefrom,
