WHEREAS, William C. Stains, Jr. and Rebeooa M. stains, husband
and wife, of 748 Manor Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, are
about to exeoute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with S &
A Custom Built Homes, Inc. of 15 Central Boulevard, Camp Ilill,
Pennsylvania 17011, for the erection of a ranch home upon a lot of
land situated as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate in East
Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows,
to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern dedicated right-of-way
line of Wetherburn Road (50 feet wide) at the dividing line of Lot
No. 56 and Lot No. 55, said point also being located three hundred
fifty-two and thirty-eight hundredths (352.38) feet west of the
western extremity of an arc connecting the northern dsdicated
right-of-way 1 ine of Wetherburn Road and the western dedicated
right-of-way line of Cava crossing (50 feet wide) I thence by the
northern dedicated right-of-way line of Wetherburn Road North
forty-six (46) degrees two (02) minutes fifty-four (54) seconds
West, eighty (80.00) feet to a pointl thence by line of Lot No. 54,
North forty-three (43) degrees fifty-seven (57) minutes six (06)
seconds East, one hundred ten (110.00) feet to a pointl thence by
other lands of Logan's Run, Phase III, South forty-six (46) degrees
two (02) minutes fifty-four (54) seconds East, eighty (80.00) feet
to a pointl thence by line of Lot No. 56, South forty-three (43)
degrees, fifty-seven (57) minutes six (06) seconds West, one
hundred ten (110.00) feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 8,800 square feet.
BIING Lot No. 55 as shown on Plan of Logan's Run, Phase I,
recorded in Plan Book 63, Page 99.
BIING part of the same premises which W. Richard Kreiger and
Beverly J. Kreiger, his wife, by their Deed dated November 5, 1991
and recorded November 6, 1991 in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Record Book
35-J, Page 638, granted and conveyed unto Logan's Run Associates,
a Pennsylvania general partnership, consisting of Logan's Run
corporation and S & A Custom Built Homes, Inc., Grantors herein.
NOW, July 3, 1995, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the prjncipal contract, and before any authority has
been given by the said William C. stains, Jr. and Rebecca M.
stains, husband and wife, to the said S & A Custom Built Homes,
Inc., to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials
fcr the same in ccnsideration of the making of the said contract
with S & A Custom Built Homes, Inc., and the further consideration
of One ($1.00) Dollar, to be paid by William C. stains, Jr. and
Rebecca M. stains, husband and wife, it is agreed that no lien
shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-
contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other
person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.
