WHEREAS, JEFF C. CONFORTI and NINA C. CONFORTI, his wife, are aboul to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with CARLSON CONSTRUCTION. INC. of 15 Charisma
Drive, Camp Hiii, PA 1701 I, for the erection ofadwelilng upon premises commonly known as Lot a-54
Florlbunda Heights, East Pennsboro Township, Camp Hiii, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more
specifically described in Exhibit' A' which Is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, July 10. 1995, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same In consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($ 1.00), to Contractor paid by
Owner, It is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor,
nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in East Pcoosboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described in
accordance with the Final Subdivision Plan for Floribunda Heights, Phase II, Section V,
prepared by Martin & Martin. Inc., daled July 13, 1993, and recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County in Plan Book 66. Page 113, as follows, to wit:
BEGINNlNG at a point on the Southern righl-of-way line of Accent Circle,
at the line of Lot A-55 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along Accent Cirele,
North 86 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 95.00 feet to a point; thence
continuing along Accent Circle by a curve 10 the left. having a radius of 210.00 feet, an arc
length of 13.00 fcetto a point at the line of Lot A-53j thence by said Lot, South 17 degrees 30
minutes 00 seconds East. a distance of 171.32 feet to pointj thence South 63 degrees 23 minutes
