COMPLAINT
AND NOW comes Plaintiff Browning-Ferris Industries, by
and through ~ts at.torney George W. Porter, Esquire, and
respectfully represents as follows:
1. Plaintiff is Browning-Ferris Industries, Inc., whose
local address is 123 East High Street, Palmyra, Lebanon County,
Pennsylvania, 17078.
2. Defendant is Essam Haggag, d/b/a Skyport Family
Restaurant, whose address is 6055 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, 17055.
3. Plaintiff is in the business of trash removal service.
4. On or about January 1, 1995, Plaintiff and Defendant
entered into a contract for trash removal services. According to

the tel-ms of said contract, Plaintiff was to pay Defendant a
monthly equipment charge of Two Hundred Thirty-Three Dollars
($233.00).
5. In accordance with said contract, ~laintiff provided
provided trash removal services to Defendant.
6. Despite repeated demands for payment, Defendant's
account is Five Hundred Twenty-Two Dollars and Fifty-Nine Cents
($522.59) in arrears.
7. According to Article X of the contract, in the event
that Defendant breached said contract, Plaintiff was entitled to
recover attorney's fees from Defendant.
8. Plaintiff has incurred attorney's fees in an as yet
unascertained amount in this matter.
9. According to Article X of the agreement, Defendant was
to pay to Plaintiff liquidated damages in the event that
Defendant breached the contract.
10. In failing to pay for the services rendered by
Plaintiff, Defendant has breached the contract.

11. The contract was formed in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania,
and performance of the work occurred in Lebanon County,
pennsylvania.
WHEREFORE, The Honorable Court is respectfully requested
to grant judgment to Plaintiff in the amount of Five Hundred
Twenty-Two Dollars and Fifty-Nine Cents ($522.59) together with
liquidated damages, costs of suit, attorney's fees and any other
relief The Honorable Court deems justified under the
circumstances.
