oontemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Donco Construction
Ino., of Harrisburg, Ponnllylvani/l. ("Contractor"), for general
oonstruction work in connection with the construction of a dwelling
house and other improvementll (" Improvementll") upon a lot of land
situate near Good Hope Road, Hampden TownRhip, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, as more fully Ret forth in the legal description
attached and marked Ellhibit A (the "Property").

of and immediately before the ex~utioh of the principal contract,
and before any authority hall been given by the said Ownerll to the
said Contractor to commence work on the Property or Improvements,
or purchase material II for the lIame in conllideration of the making
of the said contract with Owners and the further conllideration of
One Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owners, it is agreed that no lien
ehall be filed against the Property or Improvements by the
Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material Inen or
