COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE
The plaintiff, C. SCOTT WICKARD, by his attorney,
William A. Duncan, sets forth the following cause Of aotion.
1. Plaint if f is C. SCOTT WICKARP, a sui juris
individual who currently resides at 627 Burgners Road,
carliale, cumberland county, Pennsylvania 11013.
2. Pefendant is RONDA L. WICKARP, a sui juris
individual who currently resides at 25 Spruce Lane,
Carlisle, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania 17013.
3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide
residents of th~ commonwealth for at least six months
immediately previous to the filing of this complaint,
1\. The Plaintiff and Pefendant were married on
June 6, 1992 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
5. There have been no prior actions of divoroe or for.
annulment between the parties.
6. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
7. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is
available and that Plaintiff may have the right to request that
the court require the parties to participate in counseling.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests the court to enter a
decree of divorce.
