that an appraiaal was conducted prior to the construction of the
home on behalf of Fat'l1lera 'l'ruat company. It.is denied that Larry
Foote conducted the appraisal, Rather, Susan I3rown conducted the
aame and Larry Foote waa the supervising appraiaer,
10. Denied. It is denied that Defendants apecifically
paid an appraiaal fee aa auch through their financing agreements
with the bank, On the contrary, it is averred that Defendanta paid
a loan origination fee, and any coat of the appraisal was between
the bank and the appraiser,
11, Admitted in part and denied in part, The intention
of the Plaintiffs is denied in that after reasonable investigation
Defendanta are without knowledge of the same. The appraiaal was
not apecifically paid f.or by the Defendanta as more apecifically

for the benefit of the bank and not for the benefit of the
Defendants,
