be serviced, the Plaintiff, fOJ: cost consideration, decided to have

perimeter, which included the back wnll oren, The Defendant agreed
to treat the aren indicated by the Plaintiff, but further advised
the Plaintiff thnt it could only qunrnntoo thoBo arens of her
basement whero its waterproofing system was installed, The
Plaintiff was further advised that the balance of hor basement
could bo treated at any time in tho future if she determined
