AND NoW comes tho Plaintiff, All Systems Satellite
Distributors of Pennsylvania, Inc, and hereby files the
fOllowing Complaint.
1. The Plaintiff, All Systems Satellite Distributors of
Pennsylvania, Inc. is a business corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the CommonWealth of Pennsylvania
having an office at 1341 Cumberland str~et, City and County of
Lebanon, CommonWealth of Pennsylvania.
2. The Defendant, Kelly Bennett is an adult individUal who
resides at 24 North Enola Drive, Enola, Cumberland County,
pennsyl van ia.
3. Attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated
herein by reference is a true and correct photostatic copy of
the original of a Settlement Agreement pursuant to the terms of

NOW, T1"IERIU'ORE, in consideration of the mutual eOVenanta
berein contained, it ill agreed as follow'l
1. KELL~ acknowledges and aqrees that IIhe is liable to ALL
SYSTEMS for a total ind~btedness now reduced to the sum of
$041, 60L 23.
2, Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, LARR~
l1aa paid to ALL S~S'rEMS, $10,000,00 in reduction of said
indebtedness in behalf of I<ELL~, leaving an unpaid balance of
$31,603.23.
3, KELL~ agrees that she will commence making payment to ALL
S~STEMS at the rate of not less than $300,00 each and every week
on Friday of each and ev~ry week commencing July 12, 1991 and on
.acl1 and every Friday thereafter until paid in full.
4, KELL~ agrees that after she has repaid ALL S~STEMS the
entire indebtedness due to them she will then commence r.payinq
LARRY the payment he is making in her behalf, to wit: $10,000.00,
at a like rate of not less than $300.00 per week each and every
Friday subsequent thereto until said $10,000,00 has been repaid in

KELLY in their employ and the obliqation. t:or payment under this
Aqre~ent are in no manner whatsoever contingent upon her continued
employment by ALL S'lSTEMS,

any installment provided for herein and if said dlllfal.1lt shall
continue for more than on,e week without being effectiv'lly cured,
ALL SYSTEMS andlor LARRY shall have the right to inunediately,
wit:h.out any notice, pursuQ each and every remedy available to theDl
with reference to the indebtedness lIV idenced hereby including,
without limitation, the right to inunediately enter Judgment for the
unpaid balanl':e of indebtedness due from KEI,L~ to ALL S~STEMS and
to LARR~. For the purposes of said proceedings this document shall
be d.emed to constitute a Conf.esaion of Judgment by KELLY.
7, In addition to the entry of Judgment as provided for
herein, the creditors in the event ot: an uncured default, shall be
entitled to pursue all other remedies available by law,
