JASON M. SNYDER, by and throuqh his attorney, WILLIAM J. FULTON,
who, pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S.A. ~1550, files this Petition for Appeal
from Order Suspendinq Drivinq Privileqe representinq thatl
1. Petitioner is JASON M. SNYDER, an adult individual
residing at 659 st. John's Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania
17011.
2. Petitioner had a valid Pennsylvania operator's lioense,
Number 22 523 927, which is now in the possession of the Department
of Transportation pursuant to a 90 day Drug Act suspension imposed
after disposition of consolidated Appeals from Orders Suspending
Driving Privileges filed to 94-3896 Civil Term in Your Honorable
Court. .
3. Under letter dated June 15, 1995, Petitioner was notified
by the Department of Transportation that as a result of his
"conviction on 10/04/1994 of violating Section 13A16 of the Vehicle

Code, POSSESSION Of' c'rRL SUB on 9/02/1993, your driving privileqe
ill being suspended for a period of 6 MON'l'HS liS mnndllted by Seotion
1532C of the Vehiole Code. A oopy of the letter is attaohed hereto
as Exhibit "A" IInd ill inoorporllted herein by this referenoe.
4. It ill believed IInd IIvarred that the instant 6 month
lIuspension ill improper IInd oontury to law tor the followinq
rellsonsr
(a) The conviction upon whioh the instant suspenaJ.on ill
predicated wall a companion oalle to tholle whioh triggered the
earlier 1icenlle lIullpension appeals and 90 day lIullpenllion rellultinq
after the appeals at 94-3896 CIVIL TERM.
But for apparent
adminilltrative or clerioal error or negleot, the oase resulting in
the conviction of 10/4/94 would have been disposed of in a single
proceeding.
(b) There is no section 13A16 of the Vehicle Code.
(c) Petitioner has not been convicted of any offense arising
under the Vehiole Code.
(d) It appears that the record of the alleged conviction has
not been proparly and correotly certified purlluant to 75 P.S.
556323(1) and 9511(h).
(e) Petitioner respectfully reserves the right to raise and
additional and supplemental reasons in support of these appeals
should other such grounds arille at or before time of hearing.
WHEREFORE, pursuant to 75 Pa.C.S.A.~ 1550, Petitioner
respeotfully prays that Your Honorable Court accept this Petition
for Appeal from Order Suspending Driving Privileges and grant him
