the curtilage appurtenant thereto, for the debt of $5,190.64,

contractor in the alteration and repair of said building, and
makea the following claiml
1. The name of the Claimant is Firedex of Harrisburg.
Larry G. Burrell is the General Manager of r.'iredex.
2, The address of the claImant is 553 -559 Oivision Street,
HarrIsburg, Pennsylvania 17110,
3. The name of the owner of the premises and building
against which this claIm is filed is Barry Stablein,
and his address ii'll PO Box 69, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania
17011.
4. Claimant contracted directly with Barry Stablein, the
owner.

The claim of the Claimant is based on the contract for
labors and materials entered into between Barry
Stable in and the contractor on JUnli 27 , 19l1.
The work and lI1aterial~ were furnished from Julv 7 ,
19.2.1. to March 23 , 192.5.. The nature and character
of the work was the installation of a new roof,
repairIng of dry wall, repainting interior,
installation of new replacement windows, installation
of a new front door, re-wallpapering the basement
bathroom, repairing wallpaper in the kitchen,
installIng a new gutter and downspout, and repairing
the outside plumbing,
