Heime, excluded frum uny oppor-tunity to ijl!e, have visitation with
or CUijtody of hill ijun, until a Petition for Support wall filed by
the IlIltural muther in April of 1993, in Schuylkill County. The
Petitioner, ufter reCl!iving the Petition fur Support, took steps
to establish his patentity uf thl! minor child and thereafter
sought visitlltion with hill ijOn.
Tbe Schuylkill County Court ordllred visitation in January of
1994 (II copy of which is attached lIS Exhibit 2), The Petitioner,
